I'm moving out of my awesome apartment in a top location (Dorchol, right next to Kalemegdan) for not thoughtless money 😎
Area: 39 m2, floor 0, but high (not near the ground, from the street you can't see what is happening in the apartment)
Address: Visokog Stevana Street, next to the Birds café and the K-district
Price: 500 euros and receipts (central heating)
Vlasnitsa is a beautiful woman, she brought me homemade food for all 2 years that I lived here. She doesn't speak English, but her daughter speaks
The kitchen is separate from the bedroom, but the bedroom-living room is in fact one large. Fresh renovation, white walls (I will remove the posters)
Disadvantages - no balcony
Pros - there is no boiler, just hot water from a single pipe that does not end. Well, the location :)
