- wonderful rulers;
- the apartment keeps heat well in winter and almost does not heat up in summer (when it was +40-45 outside - the apartment was fine even without a conder);

- plenty of storage space;
- quiet neighbors
- Huge balcony
The main disadvantage (but for whom it depends):
