I rent an apartment of 1.5 rooms in Belgrade for 5-6 months

Greetings everyone! I rent my apartment in Belgrade for 5-6 months (I am the owner). 1.5 rooms, 36m2, 3 Serbian floor, spacious loggia overlooking the meadow, pines, magnolias and small white dogs. Furniture and appliances are new. The apartment is located in the Vidikovac area, an extremely good location, good infrastructure, everything is within walking distance (round-the-clock maxi, 2 leads, a bunch of gyms, sections, Big Rakovica shopping center, etc.), there is a small grocery store in the neighboring house, and a large market is also nearby. A 10-minute walk to Koshutniak Park. It takes 20 minutes to get to the center by a fast E2 minibus and 30-40 minutes by a regular free bus, of which there are more than 10, including night buses.
The communal apartment is low, about 40€, I consider the rental price of 330€ adequate. You can check in one of these days, watch at any time, so far I live here myself.
