A small house is for rent from the owner (an apartment in a house on the ground floor with a separate entrance) with a common area with the owner. The owner is adequate, always repaired everything at once and helped in everything, including with white cardboard. 300 euros plus utility bills (15000 fixes - electricity, Internet, water, heating, air conditioning and some kind of stove, but we did not use it). 300 deposit Pets are allowed
